Masterchef Competition

We are thrilled to announce that the annual Master Chef BBQ Competition will once again be a highlight of the National Ijtema this year!

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for regions to showcase their culinary talents, teamwork, and creativity in a friendly and competitive atmosphere. South West Region is honoured to be organising this year’s event.

As per the established format, each participating region will be provided with 2kg of meat.

 

Teams will be allocated a specific time slot for preparation and cooking. The final dish will be judged on taste, presentation, and originality.
