The countdown to National Ijtema 2026 is under way. With just under a month to go, here are 10 new activities happening at National Ijtema 2026.
The Ijtema this year will take place on 25th, 26th, and 27th September 2026 at Hook Lane, Puttenham, Guildford GU3 1AN.

The Journey Marquee:
A New Journey marquee is coming to MKA National Ijtema, with a variety of immersive experiences and opportunities to learn new facts and informations from different parts of history.

Academics Final Live
This year’s Ijtema will host a LIVE academics final where the top 5 competitors of each academic compeition will be facing a live audience who will be able to vote their winner on the different academic comeptitons.

Crisis Simulation
Stay alert, stay prepared, and stay ready, because no crisis is too big to face. This year’s Ijtema brings you an electrifying lineup of real-world scenarios and simulations, immersing you in the crises and challenges shaping our world today.

The Portal Marquee
This year, MKA UK brings to you the new Portal Marquee, an area dedicated to various life skills, talks and workshop events all under one roof.

Ijtema Championship
The Ijtema Championship is an opportunity for Khuddam and regions to take part in various activities and events across the three days of National Ijtema, competing against one another.

Escape Rooms
Work together, crack the clues, and unlock the keys for the ultimate escape room experience at National Ijtema 2026! Get ready to put your knowledge to the test, covering everything from general knowledge to religious and contemporary issues. Think fast, work as a team, and beat the clock!

Petrol Powered Moon Buggies
A dedicated arena right in the heart of the Ijtema venue brings petrol-powered moon buggies to life. Fast racing, high-energy fun, and serious competition all in one place. Don’t miss it!

From burgers, to kebab rolls, and more all for a night of brotherhood and coming together for the classic Ijtema BBQ.

Silent Library
As National Ijtema 2026 takes place at the start of the academic year, Khuddam can come not just to enjoy Ijtema, but also to make use of a dedicated space to study in our silent library. With desks and free spaces available, keep studying and working hard, even at National Ijtema 2026.

MKA Trials
You’ve done this locally and regionally, now you can take part nationally against your Khuddam brothers. Take on the MKA Trials, a series of physical and mental challenges, and be a part of the whole new experience at National Ijtema 2026.
